It rained off and on all night. Things sure looked better this morning.
I called Dixon Automotive about the van and they said they were booked up for the week and could get to it on Monday. When she asked what the problem was and I told her the brakes were out as a result of a broken brake line to the rear wheels she said to bring it in and they would work it in as she did not want me driving without any brakes. I called Good Sam ERS and they send a flat bed to take the van to the shop. When the wrecker driver got here and wanted to know where it was going, he said "Oh, I take lots of cars to Jimmy Dixon's, he does good work." So I feel comfortable about it going there. Many of the people in the park also stated that he does all of their work at a fair price.
Went to the Social Hour at 4pm and visited with some of the new arrivals, here for the winter. At 7pm we gathered to play Mexican Train, always a fun game.
I guess we will not be taking any day trips for a while until the van gets fixed and on the road. I guss we will work on the outside of the motor home and get it cleaned and waxed before we hit the road the first of the month.
