As promised, we got some rain last night. Not a lot but a couple of pretty good showers. The humidity is up today so the heat is more like Indiana. We went to the grocery in Hondo, the H.E.B. a local chain that is very nice with nice quality produce and meats. Gas is down to $3.01/gallon, getting better all the time. Will have to fill up later this week, maybe and less that $3.00. I can not believe we think that this is a good price, only relative to $4.00+ a gallon, is it good. We had a social hour at 4pm with finger food brought in. A very good selection of goodies. There was to be Bridge at 6:30 and Hand and Foot at 7:00 but no one showed up so we played pool instead. Back home about 7:30 and watched TV until bedtime. Just an average day at an SKP park.
